2019 Jayco Greyhawk
The 2019 Jayco Grayhawk 31F is a fantastic Class C RV with tons of space and storage, and lots of areas that kids will love. Sleeps 8 (9 if you have smaller children). The RV is fully stocked!Private master bedroom with a Queen bed in the back with separate entrance to the bathroom and flatscreen TV. Twin bunkbeds down the hall are each equipped with a flatscreen TV and a curtain for privacy. There’s a Queen bed above the cab with a large flatscreen TV for the living area that can be tucked away at bedtime. Two additional hideaway beds on the couch (Twin) and dinette (Full) offer more sleeping rooms. The beds are fully made up with pillows, sheets and blankets.The fully stocked kitchen has a large refrigerator with a freezer, 3 burner stove, oven and microwave. In the morning plug in the Keurig and brew a cup of coffee with our fully-stocked complimentary K-Kups. All plates, glasses, silverware, pots/pans and cooking utensils and cleaning products are provided.The dinette is large and can seat at least 4, the couch can seat up to 3 comfortably!The large bathroom has plenty of space and storage. There is a roomy standup shower with double glass doors, a sink with a mirror and a toilet. The bathroom is fully stocked with towels, washcloths and RV-specific toilet paper.There is an onboard generator that will keep you comfortable and keep the water hot as you travel. The power slide and large power awning are perfect to maximize space and complete your glamping experience!We will set up the RV for you in multiple locations for an additional fee. Anchor Down RV resort in Dandridge has an amazing lake and pool. For a first time RV renter. Jennifer and Brad made the experience exceptional. When we had questions they were super responsive and patient with us.
Made sure we were comfortable in all aspects of the RV before we headed out.
Will definetly be considering renting feom again for future trips.

Brad and Jennifer were a pleasure to deal with. 1st time RV renters and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The family and I had a great time. Both extremely helpful and detailed with everything needed for a trip. Including firewood and s’mores that we weren’t expecting to use both surely ended up taking advantage of both. Thanks again for everything. We will definitely be back!!
