Are you looking for the ultimate luxurious camping experience? If so, this beautiful 36ft Tiffin motorhome is perfect for you! There are four slide-outs making this rig super spacious and perfect for a family or group of friends to enjoy!You do not need a class A license to drive this rig, it is Class C approved!*pickup time is flexible depending on availability*Needing to sleep more than 5? We can provide a 4 person instant tent, two air mattresses, and air pump for an extra fee.Other features:
-residential fridge
-electric fireplace
-washer and dryer
-private king bed with bedroom door
-sectional couch
-front driver/passenger swivel chairs
-four TVs, including an outside TV
-full pull out bed under sectional sofa
-twin loft bed
-automatic leveling
-electric awning
-backup/blind side cameras
-outdoor showerDon't want to deal with the stress of setting up? We happily offer delivery AND setup. All you need to do is show up and enjoy your getaway! Please inquire with the dates so we can coordinate appropriately.Pets allowed on approval. We are very pet friendly and do not charge a pet fee, however if there is pet hair left behind a 100$ fee will be applied to the standard cleaning fee as this takes a very long time to clean.Required on return:
-grey/black tanks emptied (100$ charge if not brought back empty)
-propane tank/fuel tank filled to pick-up level (8$/gallon if we have to re-fill)
- cleaned prior to return (250$ cleaning fee will apply if returned dirty)
-no smoking (1000$ fee and forfeiture of security deposit if smoke residue found)
-no burning man (20,000$ fee plus nightly rate if taken to burning man)
*Music festivals are allowed where there is no mud. If jacks get stuck in the mud renters are responsible for all associated costs*All RVs are equipped with GPS tracking for security purposes.Please note if dropped off past 11am, unless prior arranged, there will be a one day charge.*All reservations require a signed SRA (supplemental rental agreement) prior to departure*Feel free to message me prior to booking with any questions you might have! Kaci was a great host! Very helpful and informative and was always there to answer the many questions we had during our trip. Awesome motor coach /RV had everything we needed and the Tiffen name is well worth it over numerous 'lesser' brands it was all top notch! - highly recommended!!! Will not hesitate to rent for Kaci again in the future.

When we went to get the RV, the outside was very dirty. The front passenger seat was broken so it kept spinning in circles. You can’t drive it this way. This is a violation of the California vehicle code. some of the outside driving lights did not work, which is another violation. there was a panel of the wall that was falling out and onto the kitchen counter. The front window privacy shade did not work. I refused to accept the vehicle the way it was. It was advertised that it would be clean and in good shape. They still charge my car approximately $2800.

Kaci is fantastic to rent from. She’s a great communicator. Pick up and drop off was made simple and easy. Her RV is palatial with 4 slide outs. It’s all loaded up with everything you could need. Just add food and for us some bikes and we were off on a great weekend trip! Smiles all weekend long for our family of 4!
