Modern amenities, very well kept. Everything you need to camp, bring food and clothing, and everything else is included. Have kids? No problem; there is a bunkhouse living quarter with a door for their privacy and yours. The master bedroom has a full queen that has been replaced with a 12-inch actual mattress, and it has a door! The bathroom has lots of space and a separate door, so you do not keep going through the unit while outside. The outside has a full kitchen with refrigeration. \Unit has 2 slide outs and has a 50 AMP service with dual top A/c units..Cosa è inclusoFresh Linens, Camping Chairs, 100 Gallons of Propane. Cooking Utensils, both indoor and outdoor, eating set for 10. Coffee maker, pots, pans inside and outside.
Toilet Paper, Sleeping bags, a Tent that sleeps 5, coolers, outside grass and floor mats, lanterns, and both fuel and battery-operated.
I will go to the food shop and fill the fridge/freezer if needed/asked.
All chemicals for the tanks will be provided.
We will perform a 100% walkthrough, and everything will be captured via camera and spreadsheet. You will be provided a copy of both. This ensures there is no question about the condition of the rental.I provide the best of the best and ensure that this unit is always cleaned and in tip-top shape; renting from me is like staying in a 5-star hotel.RaccomandazioniIf you're going to camp in the New England area within 200 miles of my location and are only planning on staying at one campsite, let me drop off and pick up the camper. This allows you to show up and camp without worrying about hauling and setting up. I'll work with you on the price to pick up and drop off; it will not be much more than it would cost you to pick up and drop off. (Know where you are camping and check reviews; some campgrounds are a pain in the butt no matter what. Been there done that, sometimes it is better to be 10 miles away from your destination, rather than having to deal with BS campground owners)If you utilize propane and you're hauling the camper, I expect you to re-fill; if I have to re-fill when it's brought back, it is 30.00 plus the cost of propane. If I am dropping off and picking up, I will fill for the cost of the propane used.Before dropping off, the Gray and Black Tanks must be emptied; failure to do so will result in a $100.00 charge. It cost me my time and money to empty the tanks. If I am picking up and dropping off, I will ensure its all cleaned up and taken care of.Please bring my rig back in the same condition you left with it.If you bring my rig back and it is filthy rotten inside, you will lose your security deposit; all cleaning materials to keep this unit clean are provided.
