2019 Forest River Sabre
This 2019 5th wheel mid bunk is a great rental in a great location. Suitable for long term stays, don't pay hotel rates! The RV is fully furnished and the space comes with a fenced yard and is pet friendly (only dogs and no aggressive breeds per park rules). Located within driving distance to the areas industrial plants, local hospitals and medical centers, Space Center and multiple other attractions, we welcome those working turn arounds, traveling nurses/medical staff, visiting interns, those in between permanent housing and/or anyone in between. We also are a great option for people coming to the area for long vacations, but not wanting to pay weekly or monthly lodging rates! The RV boasts a king size bed in the primary bedroom and a Second Bedroom with a top bunk and bottom futon. There's a pull out sofa in the living room and a loft with additional sleeping area. The loft is also great to use as storage if you aren't utilizing it to sleep in. The bathroom has a stand up shower with bench seat, toilet and sink. The living room has seating for 5 on the available couches, 3 of which recline! There is a large pantry and a residential fridge/freezer. An additional mini fridge and freezer can be found in the outdoor kitchen, great for extra drinks, or stocking up for your long stay! And while the RV Park has laundry facilities, the RV has IT'S OWN Washer AND Dryer! Also included for your stay are pots/pans, dishware, silverware, towels and starter amounts of disposable goods such as trash bags/toilet paper/paper towels/dish soap/laundry soap/etc. Should you need more, you are close to many stores in the area. Please note, the RV is permanently parked and cannot be rented to be towed. Background check is required (per park rules).Cosa è inclusopots/pans
