***Trailer must be returned cleaned or incur a $100 minimum fee. Must sweep, wipe down of all surface, including stove/oven, sinks, toilet, shower, microwave and fridge/freezer. Black and Grey waste tanks must be dumped clean or $50 fee.
Renter is responsible to inspect tires prior to pickup departure and is responsible to replace or repair if needed once unit is checked out and in their possession. Any damage and or repair needed to the travel trailer or 3rd party that was caused by a tire blowout will be the responsibility of the renter.
