Our trailer is fully loaded with a pop out. It includes king bed and pull out couch including TV and radio which plays inside and out. Full kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, utensils and microwave oven. Full bath with a spacious shower and towels. Trailer operates with heating and air unit. Nice awning with surround blue lights. Outdoor grill and chairs. Lot of underneath storage. Requires at least half ton truck to haul.Cosa è inclusoTrailer will have fresh clean linens and towels, dishes, pots and pans and utensils. We had a great experience, really liked the travel trailer, the owners assisted with hookup, walk through, and tips. trailer had everything we needed and worked great for our glamping in Mt. Shasta. Thanks Sheri!!

All was exactly as described. A quaint perfect for two people trailer. Very nice as it was newer plus included the essentials. Everything was in good working condition and Danny provided us with a generator for our usage since we were dry camping. Thanks so much for “hosting” a great trip into Northern California.
