* SECURITY DEPOSIT: Be aware Security Deposit deductions may occur such as :*1. Costs associated with recovering the RV ~ to include labor, fuel, airfare, aditional days necessary to accomplish the recovery, temporary lodging * and meals for the recovery team.* 2.. Motorhomes: Additional Mileage, Additional Generator use, Refueling charges (gasoline or diesel)*3 . All RV's~ refilling Propane, Sewer Dumping, additional days/nights use, toll fees, tire replacement/tire certificate purchase, and the cost to repair any damages made during the course of the rental.* Renter acknowledges and agrees that additional costs related to the rental will be deducted from the Security Deposit and that any balance remaining will be refunded to the renter.* Furthermore, if renters security deposit is not adequate enough to cover additional fees and/or damages, renter agrees that the agency may charge the credit card on file for any remaining balance.* No Smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed in the vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until additional cleaning fees are determined. A service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages or damages.* Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter. Tires are rotated/rebalanced/serviced and Inspected on a regular basis. We replace tires that exceed the DOT Date Codes by 6 years which is the required replacement period. Renter shall be liable for tire replacement costs ~ Tires must be replaced with similar brand and ply rated tire. As a minimum renter shall pay the cost of new certificate /warranty through Discount Tire/Americas Tire.* You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded. We reserve the right to assess an additional fee of $15 for processing payments for tickets, tolls, tows,and impounds after the fact plus 4.5% card processing fees on the original ticket/toll/impound amount and the service processing fee.* You must disclose beforehand to the rental agency if you intend to use the RV at a Festival or tailgate event. If so noted in the rental agreement, we authorize use of the RV at a Festival or tailgate event you must purchase the Outdoorsy Damage Protection plan if your trip includes attending a festival or tailgate event.* If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, the renter must call roadside assistance number provided by the insurer and also alert the rental agency immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS THEMSELVES. Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance and /or damages caused by renter neglegence will be reimbursed by rental agency upon return of vehicle as long as the rental agency is made aware prior to and approves such repairs and receipts are provided. NOTE: Many of our RV's have extended warrantys that pay for such repairs.* Renter is responsible for checking/ maintaining engine oil level, transmission fluid level, tire pressure and coolant levels at each refueling. Cost of fluids/lubricants is the responsibility of the renter . Cost due to negligence resulting in mechanical damage or tire damage will be the renter's responsibility.*Rental agency will provide operational checkout of coach at time of pickup and will provide instruction for operation of coach systems, features and appliances. It is the renter's responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost to repair.*Renter and members of the rental partyshall stay off roof of rv.* MOTORHOME MILEAGE COMPUTATION: If you estimate your additional mileage up front and pay for it in advance and then travel less miles than what you prepaid for, there is no refund for the unused mileage. If you owe for additional mileage, the charges will be deducted from the Security Deposit at the end of the rental*USE is LIMITED to PAVED ROADS ~ NO OFF ROADING. Renter is responsible for any undercarridge damage caused by use on unpaved surfaces.* LOSS OF USE & COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER: The rental does not include LOU and CDW coverages. Outdoorsy/Wheelbase offer options to purchase special coverages for a nominal fee.* Renter acknowledges and agrees that at the ternination of the rental a 5% Vehicle Rental Surcharge Fee will be assessed to the cost of Insurance and/or roadside assistance.
