• Park entrance fees will be deducted from deposit. • A dumping fee of $60 will be added to your trip through Add-Ons • NO SMOKING is allowed in the trailer. A charge of $500 will be taken out of the deposit if any sign of smoking is detected. • Major Holidays - 4 night minimum • Do not flush any paper products, sanitary items, wipes, or anything that is not 100% biodegradable down the toilet. Flushing any of these items will result in a $250 fee from the deposit. Cleaning Requirements: Trailer must be returned in the same condition as received. If not, you will be charged $125/hour that will be deducted from the deposit. Excessively Dirty Fee: Any glitter, slime, playdoh, footprints or damage to walls, curtains, etc. will be a minimum $250 charge for one hour and $125 for each additional hour from your deposit. Pet Rules: • Dogs are allowed for an additional $100 per pet up to 2 pets allowed. • Signs of pet damage, stains, excessive fur on furniture or beds, or smells will incur a charge of $350, which will be deducted from the deposit. **Do not leave pets in the trailer alone for any reason unless they are in a crate and it is cool outside. The trailer gets hot like a car and is unsafe for your fur babies. By adhering to these rules of the road, you can help ensure that the trailer remains in excellent condition for future renters.
