- Vehicle pickup is 3:00 PM and return 11:00 AM. I can also accommodate flexible pick-up and return times with proper notice.
- Vehicle is equipped with GPS. Loss of security deposit will occur if GPS is disconnected or tampered with.
- Vehicle must stay in the United States (No Mexico or Canada) – Only insured domestically. Security deposit will be forfeited if vehicle travels outside US borders.
- Full tank of gas required on return (fill up charge of $80 will be charged to deposit). RV takes regular unleaded only. 3 Gas stations within 3 blocks of drop-off location.
- Dog friendly. An added cleaning fee of $50 applies. Sorry no cats.
- No smoking in vehicle, vaping IS allowed in the vehicle. Subject to loss of security deposit if rule not followed.
- Light offloading is allowed, do not take on trails and roads recommended for 4x4 – Bus is not 4x4 compatible – Low clearance
- No towing
- If the RV or the contents of the RV are damaged during your rental period, you are responsible to pay all damage costs. If an accident occurs, you are responsible to obtain a police report, contact Outdoorsy’s insurance and notify me immediately.
- Renter is responsible for the replacement cost of any damaged or lost van accessories provided. All necessary operating information and tutorials to reference at your leisure will be digitally provided so you can safely and confidently drive and enjoy the vehicle during your trip.

Hi there! I'm Kevin. I first found out about vanlife in 2017. I was so determined to get into the lifestyle that I bought a van without knowing what I was doing, learned all I could about building from youtube, ended my lease and moved into it full time in October 2017. I finished up my contract in the military months later and spent a year traveling on the road. There is so much freedom in having a home base everywhere you go.

I had a great experience renting Kevin’s camper bus. I met up with him for pickup and he thoroughly explained how everything worked, I was so impressed with the craftsmanship and luxury of the bus. It drove smoothly, wasn’t very difficult to drive, and everything worked great (the hot shower was such a nice perk!!). The two roof fans REALLY helped with ventilating the space and it felt very comfortable no matter what time of day. I also really appreciated the skylight over the bed for STARGAZING, and the blackout curtains on the skylight and windows so I could sleep in. Kevin was really friendly and accommodating and made sure I was comfortable with how everything worked. He assured that he’d be available to answer any questions if I had any. I can’t recommend his bus enough for the price it’s listed at, and I will definitely be renting this again in the future!
