The living room is so comfortable and inviting for family and friends. The kitchen has ample storage and room, a large fridge/freezer, microwave and farm sink.. The garage has a full bathroom, 2 queen sized beds, we have a 20 gallon fuel tank with 88 octane non ethanol free fuel at $7 per gallon. A full sized Porch is connected to the Garage living area. Master bedroom is completely private with 2 large closets, large dresser, king size bed with memory foam. Michelle and I have been married nearly 40 years. we have 4 amazing children and 10 grand children with one on the way. They all love to be together in these special locations that have become a hallowed time and place through "getting away" and camping. We want to share this, so you too can find a different time and place to gather with those you love most.
We so enjoy camping & boating at Lake Powell, Sand Hollow and Quail Creek. We love dirt bikes and four wheelers at our favorite locations in the lower and upper deserts of Utah and our favorite hideout in the Uinta's.

Q.Are pets allowed?
A.
NO PETS are allowed inside the rental equipment or within a reasonable perimeter of this Unit outside. Sorry! If there are Any signs or traces of pets inside or outside this Unit , additional fines above and beyond the security deposit will be incurred.
Q.What about the last day and clean-up of the Add-ons and Trailer Unit it self?
A.
No worries, we will take care of it. As long as you have made a reasonable effort to make sure things are accounted for, refuge is where it should be (in the trash and down the toilet), its all included in the pricing. Additional costs could be charged to your account if there is damage or loss to the Unit and any of the rental add-ons, or if excessive cleaning is needed.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
WE will setup up the entire Unit for you before you arrive or when you arrive. Whether your reserved location has full hook-ups or you are "dry camping" we will take care of it, all based on your instructions. Along with your "Add-ons" we like to get specifics from you ahead of time, and as long as there is phone service we can communicate through facetime or TEAMS to handle any questions that might arise while you are traveling to your amazing Southern Utah destination.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
WE DELIVER the UNIT to your reserved location (this locale must be able to fit a 44ft fifth wheel). We are very flexible on your requested timing of delivery and pick up. Our separate trip charges (initial delivery, final pick up, or additional trips per request from you) include the set up and takedown services.
