"She Shed" Newer rig, separate shower and toilet, outdoor entertainment. sway bars for easy drive. Don't get blown away! Linens, towels, dishes, pots and pans plus other extras included.

There is a $105.00 Trip End fee. It is charged to all renters. This fee covers time spent with Outdoorsy, fixing incidental items, flushing tanks even though the guest will have emptied them, my availability and flexible pickup and return times.

I am 69 years old. I have lived in Michigan Rhode Island, Colorado, California and Missouri. I grew up in Detroit nd am a rabid Lions fan. Will not rent to Packer fans, lol. Went to the University of Denver and S.I.U. for grad school. Took off two years with a friend to sail California, the Great Lakes and the Bahamas.
I am also fortunate enough to have travelled a fair amount. Like dogs, cats not so much. I am a neat freak.

The owner (John) was more than helpful. John was easy to work with and seemed like he wants you to have a good experience. He takes his time to familiarize the renter with the workings of the RV.

Great experience, everything needed was provided. We will rent again with John. We were able to take my 99 year old grandmother home and she was very comfortable in the RV.

Q.What other fees do you charge?

I am a neat freak. The "She Shed" will be clean, full of fuel and water and with holding tanks empty when you pick it up. Please return it in the same condition.
I assess a $105 flexiblity and administration charge to all rentals.
I also supply a 10'x 10' canopy instead of the unit awning. This is an alternative to the awning which is very easy to break and expensive to replace.
Fees as follows for incomplete return:
Dump Fee $150.00
Cleaning Fee $150.00
Fuel Fees $2.00 above prevailing rate
