Sunny has made the trip around the USA twice and been our rock star bullet proof rolling house of hysterical family fun for weeks at a time! The added benefit is Your Money is going to be donated to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute in Boston! We take whatever is leftover after all the fees and maintenance and support Paul's Posse and rare stomach cancer (Gist) research.Technically sleeps 11, but the dinette, and two fold out couches (one in the main area and the other is the lower bunk, are more for people or kids less than 5'6"). I'd say more like 8 comfortably, 11 snugly.) Also, we Upgraded the Mattress to a really nice one from the junky one that comes with it. Sleep well!Easy to drive - really just like a super long pickup truck - just be careful when leaving from a standstill when near structures, don't turn the wheel too hard at first otherwise the back will swing and could hit something - always best just to ease away at a shallow angle till clear (mostly gas pumps!)).We can help provision you so you can maximize your vacation time - just contact us and we can see about pre-loading with stuff you want so you can hit the road as soon as you pick up Sunny.We have an easy to read User Guide for on the road trouble shooting - not from the manufacturer, but from the owners to get to the typical questions and stuff like "How do we turn on the stove?" "Why won't the awning retract?"Happy to talk you through all the fun you can have and provide tips and even access to RVShare for "RV safe" driving directions so you won't crash into a bridge or drive on a parkway, or a road too steep for the RV!You'll have a great time in Sunny and feel good about support Dana Farber Cancer Institute!Three night minimum - any shorter periods are not available.Cosa è inclusoSome want the RV empty, some want it provisioned to the gills. Q.I've never driven an RV, will you teach me?
A.
It is much easier than you think. I'm happy to take you out around the block and show you the ropes. We'll take turns (literally) and you'll get used to it pretty quickly!
Q.Can you share any advice about RV camping?
A.
Happy to - we've logged about 30,000 miles in the last two summers and it is time for a break! We learned a lot and can share with you (probably too much) about our experiences to help you out.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We're very flexible since the RV is in our driveway; communication is important and we're happy to accommodate you, including allowing up to 2 vehicles to park in our driveway while you're away (more can park in the quiet cul-de-sac street).
Q.What does it come with?
A.
Everybody RVs differently. We leave provisioning minimalistic so you can bring your own stuff and not worry about any germs etc. We can provide paper products, kitchen utensils, pots/pans, outdoor chairs, mats, camp wagon etc - just see the "add-on" section. Except for a mattress cover and light blanket & throw pillows, we do not provide linens, towels, pillows or sleeping bags due to covid (queen size fitting works best).
