2020 Coachmen Apex Nano
This travel trailer is so comfortable with extra slide out and dbl bunks. Perfect for the family! It has a 3 way fridge, which will run off vehicle trailer hook-ups, propane, or electric. Its pretty big, so electric hook-ups are best, but we have a solar charger that will get you by if you are off-grid, for a small fee. Outdoor shower saves from dumping grey water mid trip. Large 50 gallon freshwater tank, 30 gallon grey, and 30 gallon black. Please note... we are not responsible if tanks fill during the trip. We can help with water saving advice depending on group size.If you plan on towing with your own rig... it is required to have working brake controller and working light connections. We also offer delivery, so please feel free to inquire on dates and availability.This camper is long and doesn't have high clearance, so please plan on terrain that fits this.We do allow dogs for a small fee. Any major damage will be deducted from security deposit.First timers... These items may fluctuate in availability.-We stock hand soap and dish soap.-Games to play in the afternoon.-entry mat.-Bedding and towels for body, bath and hand.-First Aid Kit.-4 camping chairs.-Leveling blocks, tire chocks, and leveling wheel mount.We wash all bedding and linens between guests. Guests are expected to leave camper the way they received it, unless you choose to pay $150 cleaning fee, which includes waste dump. This meaning clean and disinfected. We love getting outside and enjoy exploring new places on the roads less traveled. Most of our off season trips are to Utah for some rafting or canyoneering. Being in the service industry gives us the chance to get away after ski and summer seasons.

Our family trip to Steamboat Lake was a blast. The trailer was clean and full of everything we needed. We couldn't have had a better host either. Trish set the trailer up perfectly, was great with communication, and gave us some helpful tips as well since we were off-grid.

This is our second time renting from Trish and Pete. They are responsive, kind, and the RV is wonderful - just as described. We had a wonderful time and will definitely rent from them again!
