Fully stocked- includes linens, blankets+ pillows for all beds, coffee maker+ coffee with regular and decaf coffee, Towels and soap. The Bedroom is completely private with a sliding door, queen size bed with closets and wireless charging station on either side. the RV has TWO full-size bunk beds + table and couch that turn into additional sleeping areas. The kitchen has a gas stove and cooktop, microwave and sink, and includes basic kitchenware ( cups, bowls, plates, utensils, pots+pans, cooking utensils + silverware). The RV has a built-in Bluetooth indoor+outdoor sound system for turning up the Jams! The RV has a rooftop A/C With ducting + vents throughout the trailer. For heating, a furnace. Outdoor shower, Electric stabilizer jacks, wheels chocks, and leveling blocks are included! If you are in a location that does not have an electrical hookup or have a generator, the RV has a built in power inverter with deep cycle marine battery that can last up to 24 hrs depending on usage, before having to be recharged (Does not power a/c). All you have to do is plug in the 7 pin round connector to your vehicle and it will recharge the battery. The Rv will also include 6+ Comfy camping chairs, outdoor rug, outdoor folding table, indoor and outdoor games (i.e. cornhole, horseshoes, scrabble, uno, cards, battleships all the classics). We also have several other camping equipment available for an additional rental fee! Such as a large 10-person tent, 4-person tent, sleeping bags, air mattresses, camping gas stove with cast iron skillets. Absolutely NO Pets OR Smoking Inside. We are a family that LOVES going to the mountains and hiking! Our family is big into Hunting and fishing as well. We are Both self-employed owning our Businesses and love the flexibility that it allows for making Family time a priority as often as possible. We have a Sweet little Boy that loves being outdoors and getting as dirty as possible! We wanted to allow others to enjoy our RV as much as we do when it's not in use.
