Tow reciever hitch and leveling bars included. NO Smoking !!! $500 cleaning will apply if someone smokes in the trailer. The cleaning fee applies to sterilizing water hose, sanitizing, and wipe down. There will be a $100 extra fee charge, if basic cleaning is not done by customer. The mileage rate for Delivery is based on the miles one way. Generator is available for a fee of $75 full of gas. Unfortunately the water pump was broken and we could not hook up to a water supply we could not use the washroom or shower as we had planed. Was told that there was no silver ware as it was rusted from over the winter and did not have time to replace them. The delivery and set up was professionally done and Brian was very good to deal with.
