We had a great time. The owner Rick was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. The only issues we had was that there were some burned out bulbs (which we advised owner upon pick up). The a/c vent was very dirty and we cleaned it. No other issues. Our family reunion was awesome! See ya next year!

Few minor issues but we had a wonderful time. Rick was great to deal with, the trailer suited our needs!

This was our 2nd Outdoorsy rental this summer and Rick blew us away with his kindness and provided us 'extra' customer service that was not expected! We chose to rent this trailer instead of staying at a hotel for our daughter's hockey tournament. What a FUN alternative to a hotel stay! Rick replied to my messages promptly and kindly. He was agreeable, flexible and worked with me to help me organize pick up and drop off of the trailer. On rental day 1 - we were running pretty late, I kept in touch with Rick, updating him as we approached the campground. He and his friend Geoff had set up the trailer and decided to sit at the campsite and enjoy the surroundings as they waited for us to arrive. When we finally arrived Rick had turned out the heater to ensure we arrived to a 'toasty' warm trailer. WOW! Then he and Geoff had picked up some firewood from home and started a fire for our arrival!!! DOUBLE WOW!!! Rick's camper has an outdoor bar and it was set up with a cute display for martinis and the 'party' lights were turned on. Both gentlemen were friendly and welcoming they stayed for about an hour and we enjoyed a get-to-know-you conversation around the warm fire. Rick's trailer is spacious, clean and in excellent condition. You can clearly see pride and care has been taken to maintain his trailer. We had one small incident where we accidentally broke a small plastic handle. I message Rick right away and he kindly replied that it would be ok, we would discuss it later and to continue to enjoy the camper. At the end of our weekend, we left cash money for Rick to replace the handle. Our family was blown away with our experience renting from Rick. If we are back again next September to Stouffville we will for sure be booking his camper again. Thanks for a super experience and best wishes aways Rick (Geoff) and your families.

The pick up of the trailer was confirmed for 2pm. My husband and I arrived on time but the owner was still cleaning till 4.30pm. The heating was not working for all three days we had booked. I informed the owner that it was minus 1 degree and how much we suffered in the cold. His reply was only that I should buy a new heater. ???!!! Since I am not a technician and we camped far away from a city, this was not a suitable option for us. Thanks to our neighbours on the campsite we had some heat overnight and at least we were able to stay for the campsite as we had already paid too. Further, the camper was not cleaned properly and we found mold inside the fridge and on the mattress
