2020 Forest River Wildwood X-Lite
You are bound to have an unforgettable trip in our camper. It has all of the basic amenities of home, with the camping feel. We will provide linens, basic kitchen utensils, coffee pot and filters, games, camping chairs, a fold-able cot for lounging outside, collapsible camp fire grill, reading material, flashlights, and more. It come with all the bells and whistles including black out curtains, a large fridge, and plenty of pantry space. The bathroom is rather large with a basin and the camper includes an outdoor shower. The trailer does not have any slide outs so set up is a breeze! We want you to enjoy your trip and so anything else you need just ask.Our camper is basically brand new and has only been used for one camping season. It even still smells new! Very clean and well kept. Everything in the camper works. Relax outside with the Bluetooth radio and lighted awning, or sit inside and play a game of cards or Yahtzee!The camper sleeps 5 adults comfortably, and up to 7 if it is a family with children. There is even room at the foot of the Murphy bed for a packNplay! Huge life saver when camping with an infant!! There are double sized bunks, a table fold down twin bed and a queen Murphy bed (with a temper-pedic topper). When stowed away, the living space has a couch with side tables.Included is a stability hitch for easy travel. The max weight, fully loaded is 7500lbs. It comes with the water and propane tanks full. You can choose to empty the black/gray tanks after your trip or have us do it for a fee.*We are DOG friendly but ask that when in the trailer, the pet remains crated. This is also our personal camper and we crate our own pets when we use it. There is enough room at the foot of the Murphy bed for a fairly large dog kennel (think packNplay size). We really appreciate and expect this cooperation. Thank you!!!!*Delivery options available. Failure to do so will result in a $50.00 cleaning fee.Do not continue to raise the hitch past the line or fuse will blow. We will store extra fuses in case of accidental fuse blow. If this happens, a $20.00 fee will be applied.You have the option to return with full black and gray tanks. If you do, a dump fee of $50.00 will be applied. If you choose to dump, please run the sprayer to clean the tank also run and dump all unused water.
