2018 Thor Motor Coach Chateau
This is a 2018 motorhome loaded with options and amenities. It is much nicer than the commercial RV rentals. It is approximately 32 feet long and it has a full slide-out on the driver's side, which provides a lot of interior living space. It has 2 bunks (each with its own TV & DVD player), an overhead front bunk, the dinette converts into a bed, and the sofa also converts into a bed. The bedroom has a queen bed, a TV, and lots of dresser and closet space. It has 7 seat belt positions, including one with a child safety tether attachment.This is a luxury motorhome loaded with all of these options:
• Automatic hydraulic leveling jacks
• Back-up monitor w/ touch screen dash stereo
• Heated, remote adjustable side mirrors with side cameras
• Power drivers seat
• 40” television on swivel with Blu-ray player
• 32” television in bedroom
• 32” exterior television
• Two 15” televisions w/DVD player combo in bunk beds
• Electronics power charging station
• Large convection microwave oven
• Child safety seat tether in dinette
• Power patio awning with integrated LED lighting
• Multi-speed attic fan in the bedroom
• Outside shower
• A/C upgraded to 15,000 BTU
• 4000W generatorMay 2024 update: The RV now has around 100K miles on it. The interior fabrics are showing some wear, but everything functions well and in many ways the RV is better than new due to the many improvements that have been done such as additional sound isolation and suspension improvements.

The rear queen bed has a mattress cover, sheets, and a quilt, and the bunks have a mattress cover and fitted sheet. You will need to provide other bedding, pillows, towels, and any other kitchen and camping items that are not in our basic kit. We may be able to provide specific items upon request.We will provide a thorough overview/tutorial of the operation of all of the systems at pick-up. You may park your car at our house during the rental period if desired.Please note that 100 miles per day is included in the rental. Any excess miles are charged at 50 cents per mile.Absolutely no smoking, no towing, no climbing onto roof.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Pick up and drop off times are fairly flexible depending on work schedule. On work days early morning pick up usually works best. For return, I just ask that it be returned before dark.
