Our rig comes turnkey ready for the renter! We've included everything that we can think of to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable!The kitchen has a refrigerator with a separate freezer, two burner stove, pots and pans, utensils, cutting board, cups and plates, and coffee mugs. A Keurig and K-cups are also included. The beds have mattress toppers on each bed, waterproof covers, pillow covers, and cozy sheets and quilts! Please see our list of items included because you may not need to bring much with you! Pets are welcome, we just ask that you clean up after them - puppy pads are available upon request. We've put a lot of love and thought into our camper and hope you love it as much as we do!What's Included:

-plates (5)
-coffee mugs (5)
-cutting board
-two burner stove
-eating utensils (8 of each)
-Keurig
-basket of goodies - *please leave basket*
-Prong forks (5) - for marshmallows/hot dogs
Bedrooms
-Twin bunk beds
-Fans for those beds
-Dinette conversion bed (twin sized - best for a child as it is shorter than a standard twin)
-Queen bed
-All beds have toppers, mattress protection covers (waterproof), sheets, and quilts.
-Pillows (from MyPillow) with protectors and covers.
Bathroom
-4 rolls of toilet paper (septic safe)
-towels (6 of each)
-shampoo, conditioner, and soap in a dispenser (all Dove brand)
-trash can with trash bags
Misc
-6ft table - we set this up outside
-clothes hangers
-folding chairs (4)
-table cloth
-broom and dustpan
-rugs
-4 wheel chocks***
-16 levelers***

Hi! We are the Wades: Parker and Sarah! We are a little family of five with two toddlers, an infant, and dog. Even with the little ones, we still enjoy camping! Recently, we celebrated our 7th anniversary by camping at Carowinds Wilderness Resort (which we highly recommend!). We also really love Pigeon Forge KOA - it has great amenities for families! We aim to be great hosts and look forward to meeting our next renter!

The RV is in great shape and had all the creature comforts you could want. Sarah was an amazing host and treated us well. We truly enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend this RV and host.
