From the beginning of scheduling the RV the communication was great. Everything I needed to know was answered and delivery time agreed from the owner and myself was set. However, when the day came we did not receive the RV until 4 hours after what we agreed on. We agreed to a 3:30 to 4:30 deliver time. We did not get the RV until 8:30. We almost lost all our food and we lost a day of camping. The reason given for the delay was that they need to go get a generator that was clearly identified during our pre delivery discussion. It was not a new finding as the owners mentioned. The owner agreed to reimburse us for the generator and for the inconvenience but have not yet seen that. It was extremely dissatisfying that we essentially lost a whole day and their compensation was a generator fee. Additionally they were advertising a s’mores basket as a part of the rental That also was not present. Small things, but it was advertised and the kids were looking forward to it. Luckily we were prepared. The inside looked nothing like the photos. The details we received upon arrival about the RV were inaccurate. They said their was no Bluetooth for the speakers, there was. The CO2 alarm kept going off and they said it could be because the battery was low, it wasn’t. Luckily I had an extra monitoring system that never went off, so there alarm was just annoying the entire time. Especially when trying to sleep. Despite all that the experience was great for our family.

Travis and Adrienne were excellent hosts with great communication. We arrived at our campsite, delighted to have everything set up and ready to go, including a welcome basket of goodies. After completing our trip and leaving it as described, they picked up the RV seamlessly. We will definitely rent from them again when at Vail Lake and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a hassle free, comfortable RV camping experience with all the bells and whistles that make camping fun and enjoyable!

We loved the trailer. For a weekend getaway. It was all set up and very clean for us. We had a wonderful time staying warm at night.
