Clean and awesome van, great communication

The van was a great size for our Hood to Coast relay team. The standing room was amazing! However the van was not clean inside, it was dusty, smelly, had bald tires, and all of the seats were stained. The van also made a high pitched squealing sound when you hit the gas pedal and went over 20 miles per hour.

Hi Jamie, the van had water stains on the seats because we let our over enthusiastic child shampoo them, but since your rental, we had them professionally cleaned and they are spotless, and we also took it to the shop 2 weeks ago, and found the issue that it was having, and spent lots of $ getting it all fixed, and it runs like a dream now. I’m sorry about your experience.
