Chemical free:
We value keeping our camper clean and chemical free so we and other people with chemical sensitivities can use it. Please do not use any products that have perfume or scents. We are more than happy to make it easy and provide cleaning products. Please use the scent free or naturally scented soaps and detergents provided; dish soap, laundry soap, cleaning products, etc. Charges will apply for any products that are permanently contaminated with chemicals.
Pets:
Pets 25 pounds and under are allowed as long as they are house trained and well mannered. Please do not leave your nervous pet alone in the trailer. The pet fee covers the extra cleaning needed for the next guest.
Bunk:
100 Lbs or less. Please remove heavy items during travel.
While traveling:
Turn off propane.
Turn off roof fan.
Turn off lights.
Turn off water pump.
Close all windows completely so they do not rattle loose.
Lock door.
Remove dining table from the wall and fold down, it will slide all over if it is not folded down.
Lock bunk bed into place.
Basics:
Use provided chalks for wheels if you detach from your vehicle.
Do not climb on roof.
Close windows and roof vent if it rains.
Turn off water pump when not using, during travel, or when tank is empty.
Do not sit or store heavy items more than 40 pounds on the table.
Put the hitch lock on if you are not connected to your vehicle.
Helpful air heating and cooling tips:
While running the A/C pull the bunk bed away from the wall so the air does not get trapped under the bunk bed. This allows the air to circulate. You can also set up the small fan to push the air around.
While running the heater, place it on the ground where the coldest area is so it can take the correct temperature and so the hot air can rise. Place at one end of the camper aiming toward the larger space. Set the little fan up high to bl
